Partner Anthony Fata named to Chicago Bar Association Board of Managers
Kirby McInerney is proud to announce that partner Anthony Fata has been named to the Chicago Bar Association's Board of Managers for 2022-2023. The Board of Managers consists of 17 members selected by the CBA membership as well as 6 Officers including the President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Immediate Past President. The Board, which meets monthly, is responsible for all Association policy decisions.
Mr. Fata is highly active in the Chicago Bar Association and regularly speaks at CBA-sponsored educational seminars. He brings more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex financial matters, including claims arising under the commodity, securities, antitrust consumer protection and whistleblower laws. He has regularly appeared before federal and state courts throughout the United States and in regulatory matters overseen by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and other governmental and self-regulatory agencies.
Anthony joins the Hon. Louis G. Apostol, Public Administrator for Cook County; the Hon. Mary Rowland of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; Naderh Elrabadi, Managing Attorney of Elrabadi Law; Kevin Thompson of Levin Ginsberg; the Hon. Allen P. Walker of the Circuit Court of Cook County; Cynthia S. Grandfield of the Del Galdo Law Group; and Matthew P. Walsh II of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP on the Board of Managers.
