Karen Lerner Named to Law360’s 2023 Competition Editorial Advisory Board
Published in: Law360
Kirby McInerney is proud to announce that partner Karen Lerner has been named to Law360's Competition Editorial Advisory Board for 2023. The advisory board works together to provide feedback to Law360's editors on coverage, providing expert insight on how best to shape future content.
Over the course of her 30-year career, Ms. Lerner has successfully litigated antitrust, commodities, and other complex class actions that have recovered billions of dollars on behalf of institutional and individual plaintiffs. She has played important roles in several landmark antitrust cases and remains one of the few women ever appointed as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in a Commodity Exchange Act case.
“I'm honored to have been named to the editorial advisory board for the second year in a row, and I look forward to continuing to work with the group and drawing upon my experience in competition law to enhance Law360's coverage of this important area,” said Ms. Lerner.
